Why V1 is free
The goal of V1 is adoption and proof of value, not revenue extraction. Free, unlimited access removes the procurement conversation. One engineer can trial Mocktopus today.
There are no artificial gates and no usage metering in V1. Practical engineering caps exist for performance reasons, but they are not pricing.

Domain modelling stays free
Authoring entities, value objects, events, fields, and relations is core to the product. It will remain accessible without a paywall.
Mock generation is likely metered
Generating large datasets consumes real compute. A generous free allocation per month with paid capacity above that threshold is the most likely shape.
Team features may unlock on a paid tier
